We aim to sell all our products through our own sales channels: physical stores, our online shop, and outlets. This also applies to returned products, which we try to resell whenever possible.
For products that cannot be sold or donated – either because they do not meet safety requirements or for other reasons – destruction or energy recovery is the last resort.
